What is a pre wedding photoshoot?

A pre wedding or engagement photoshoot is a chance for me to get to you you both before the big day and to answer any questions you may have. It usually takes place at a location of your choice within a reasonable distance to Sandbach, Cheshire (around 25 miles max). Past locations have included Delamere Forest, Abney Hall, Marbury Park, Brereton Country Park, Keele Hall, Buxton Pavillion Gardens and even in the couples back garden before now! Usually we find it best to go to a location other than the wedding venue.

Its a fun way to build rapport between each other and to make you feel at ease with us, also its a chance for us to give you tips ahead of the big day. They can take places at any mutually convenient time, but generally no later than 1 month prior to your wedding date. Some couples choose to use the photographs to send out the save the date card - in which case their photoshoot took place many months before their wedding date, or even a year or so before.

All full day collections include the pre wedding photoshoot as standard, and you will receive all the edited images from the day on the USB drive once your wedding photographs have been edited They will also appear on my website as a gallery, and as a blog post too.

Also, if you would like to use one of the photographs in your complementary signing board, let me know at least 1 month prior to your wedding date to give me chance to get the photograph printed and mounted.

Below are a selection of photographs from past pre wedding photoshoots.
